This issue of the prestigious architectural journal El Croquis reviews projects executed by the Catalan architectural studio RCR Arquitectes, made up of Rafael Aranda, Carme Pigem and Ramón Vilalta. The architectural works and projects covered seek to reflect and facilitate a close and special relationship between human beings and nature, with particular emphasis on the landscape aspects of design. This issue takes a look at a number of parks and gardens and presents buildings that are in harmony with their surroundings. It also shows how nature is a key consideration in relation to both the location of projects and the distribution of interior spaces.
