INDOC bibliographical collection

Hamish Fulton: Twilight Horizons. Bordeaux: Coracle Press, 1983. 39 pages with colour illustrations. Written in English.

Published by Coracle Press for the Bordeaux Museum of Contemporary Art (better known as CAPC). Although this publication came out in 1983, it has been added to the INDOC bibliographical collection in view of its unquestionable artistic and retrospective interest. The work – a catalogue in the style of a travel journal – presents the drawings made by artist Hamish Fulton during his journey to Nepal, where he spent 20 days walking in the mountains. The schematic drawings – in many cases accompanied by short texts – convey the artist’s experience of finding inspiration in the landscape.

Available at INDOC, Art and Nature Documentation Centre.
